Support number vanishes

Have we got to learn a new way of talking to Paul, a way that is
possibly 'Alien'?

The 0845 number is currently being answered almost immediately by a
fax machine.

The 0845 number is currently being answered almost immediately by a fax
machine.

Sorry - for some reason if someone starts sending me a fax and then aborts
part way through, the fax machine puts itself into 'fax only' mode and
doesn't seem to like voice calls until I turn it off and on again.

There is always the support mobile (no. on support page) although that
might not have helped this morning because I was in the car - but back now.
