Vanished Domain

Anyone else experiencing trouble with a domain registered and hosted
by Orpheus. No answer on the helpline phone!

Mine has vanished, as has the ability to send emails with that email
address.

before you ask yes I have paid all the bills I have received, last
renewed end of last year, so quite a lot of time left on the Domain
registration. whois confirms this.

What domain is this?

Having said that, there does look there's a DNS issue somewhere, which I'm
currently investigating. It appears to be external to the Orpheus network,
but affecting some resolving.

It's all visible from here, but then I'm connected direct to Orpheus,
however, I've checked from a Demon account and I can't see it, so it's
still an external DNS thing somewhere.

I'm fairly confident that everything at Orpheus is working ok, so hopefully
if it's an external glitch somewhere it will resolve itself quickly. I've
not read anything on The Reg yet!
