A very minor niggle, considering the excellent performance of Orpheus:

One of the things expected after the upgrade of the servers was better
spam filtering. There is indeed a very small volume of spam still
coming, but it's still coming in about the same amount as before the
upgrade. Would it be helpful to forward any spam received to Paul to
help educate the filters?

With best wishes,

Peter.

To be honest, I'm not entirely sure if the spam filters have been upgraded
yet.
We were concentrating on the server move and getting everything running
smoothly in its new home before we start tinkering too much - otherwise
we'd have two variables if anything went wrong.

I'll have a word with my sysadmin and see what he's upgraded, other than
the server kernels and WebMail.

Noted, and I'll keep watch, optimistically :-)

With best wishes,

Fair enough, but I still agree with Peter that it would be a good idea if
you set up an email address that we could forward bad spam to. Then every
so often you could automatically upgrade the filters to block those which
have been forwarded by more than a set number of different subscribers.
